Hi, my name is Nese, but you can call me Joy. I am a graduate of the Harvard Medical School Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching Program, with a deeply spiritual foundation rooted in Kundalini yoga and breathwork practiced with monks. My work is guided by years of inner practice and reflection, helping others navigate life’s challenges with presence, compassion, and clarity.
I support transformation through a heart-centered, earth-connected approach, blending ancient wisdom with mindful awareness to restore balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
